Home at Last!

We found an earlier flight home yesterday, and when we got home, I didn't feel like posting, so I am now. The one bad part of leaving earlier is that we were planning to go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but since we got on an earlier flight home, we didn't have time. Our flight got cancelled because of the snowstorm in New York, so I have some pictures of the snow, and also some pictures of outside of the airplane.

2nd Day in NYC!

Today we went to a lot of cool places and had a lot of fun...until we learned that our flight home tomorrow is cancelled. Luckily, the rest of the day was fun.

1. We went to Central Park. There are lots of flat rocks there, and my sister and I like to climb them. There are also lots of good picture-taking opportunities there.

2. We went to the Statue of Liberty. We got to go up into the pedestal and had a super good view! I chose to listen to an audio tour, and got a lot of cool information.

3. We went to Chinatown. I personally didn't like it because there are too many little shops, but I think it's worth it to see all the different kinds of Chinese food.

First Day in NYC!

We arrived in New York City late last night, so I didn't have any time to post anything. However, today I took lots of pictures to share!

We went to the American Museum of Natural History. We stayed for the whole day, so I only have pictures from that. If you are ever here, I definitely suggest it. There are lots of cool animal dioramas and minerals.
